Application designed to manage municipal welfare roles and issue assistance checks from New Jersey municipalities. This software was first installed in the city of Pleasantville, NJ in December 1993. By June 1995 PA was installed in 93 cities and issuing over $700,000 per month in assistance checks. The rights and source code were purchased by the State of New Jersey in January 2000 so the software could be distributed to all municipalities until a system designed by the state could be implemented. This was a DOS based desktop application based on the Zinc Interface Library.
